Policies, Terms and Conditions for the Montvallee Motel

The Montvallee Motel is Operated from The Highland Inn.  The Inn's Front Desk is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. for reservations and inquiries.  A staff member lives on property and can be wakened after hours for walk-ins, if rooms are available.

The Montvallee offers online reservations so you can book your room at your leisure. If you are coming with a group, your rooms may not be available online so call us direct to reserve.

Rates are subject to change and Holiday or Special Event rates may apply.
A guarantee is required for all reservations, minimum stay requirements occasionally apply.
72 hours notice is required for cancellations in order to avoid a one night charge for room and tax.
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside and smoking urns are provided.
Check-in time is from 2 pm to 9 pm. Later arrivals can be arranged.
Check-out time is 11 am.
Well-behaved attended pets accepted for a $10 daily cleaning charge by advance arrangement.
